Resolution 1973 (2011) Adopted by the Security Council at its 6498th meeting, on 17 March 2011

The Security Council,

Recalling its resolution 1970 (2011) of 26 February 2011,

Deploring the failure of the Libyan authorities to comply with resolution 1970(2011),

Expressing grave concern at the deteriorating situation, the escalation of
violence, and the heavy civilian casualties,

Reiterating the responsibility of the Libyan authorities to protect the Libyan population and reaffirming that parties to armed conflicts bear the primary responsibility to take all feasible steps to ensure the protection of civilians,

Condemning the gross and systematic violation of human rights, including arbitrary detentions, enforced disappearances, torture and summary executions,

Further condemning acts of violence and intimidation committed by the
Libyan authorities against journalists, media professionals and associated personnel and urging these authorities to comply with their obligations under international humanitarian law as outlined in resolution 1738 (2006),

Considering that the widespread and systematic attacks currently taking place in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya against the civilian population may amount to crimes against humanity,

Recalling paragraph 26 of resolution 1970 (2011) in which the Council
expressed its readiness to consider taking additional appropriate measures, as necessary, to facilitate and support the return of humanitarian agencies and make available humanitarian and related assistance in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya,

Expressing its determination to ensure the protection of civilians and civilian populated areas and the rapid and unimpeded passage of humanitarian assistance and the safety of humanitarian personnel,
Recalling the condemnation by the League of Arab States, the African Union, and the Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference of the serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law that have been and are being committed in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya,

Taking note of the final communiqué of the Organisation of the Islamic
Conference of 8 March 2011, and the communiqué of the Peace and Security Council of the African Union of 10 March 2011 which stablished an ad hoc High Level Committee on Libya,

Taking note also of the decision of the Council of the League of Arab States of 12 March 2011 to call for the imposition of a no-fly zone on Libyan military aviation, and to establish safe areas in places exposed to shelling as a precautionary measure that allows the protection of the Libyan people and foreign nationals residing in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya,

Taking note further of the Secretary-General’s call on 16 March 2011 for an immediate cease-fire,

Recalling its decision to refer the situation in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya
since 15 February 2011 to the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, and stressing that those responsible for or complicit in attacks targeting the civilian population, including aerial and naval attacks, must be held to account,

Reiterating its concern at the plight of refugees and foreign workers forced to flee the violence in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, welcoming the response of neighbouring States, in particular Tunisia and Egypt, to address the needs of those refugees and foreign workers, and calling on the international community to support those efforts,

Deploring the continuing use of mercenaries by the Libyan authorities,
Considering that the establishment of a ban on all flights in the airspace of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya constitutes an important element for the protection of civilians as well as the safety of the delivery of humanitarian assistance and a decisive step for the cessation of hostilities in Libya,

Expressing concern also for the safety of foreign nationals and their rights in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya,Welcoming the appointment by the Secretary General of his Special Envoy to Libya, Mr. Abdel-Elah Mohamed Al-Khatib and supporting his efforts to find a sustainable and peaceful solution to the crisis in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya,

Reaffirming its strong commitment to the sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and national unity of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya,
Determining that the situation in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya continues to
constitute a threat to international peace and security,

Acting under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations,
1. Demands the immediate establishment of a cease-fire and a complete endto violence and all attacks against, and abuses of, civilians;

2. Stresses the need to intensify efforts to find a solution to the crisis which responds to the legitimate demands of the Libyan people and notes the decisions of the Secretary-General to send his Special Envoy to Libya and of the Peace and Security Council of the African Union to send its ad hoc High Level Committee to Libya with the aim of facilitating dialogue to lead to the political reforms necessary to find a peaceful and sustainable solution;

3. Demands that the Libyan authorities comply with their obligations under international law, including international humanitarian law, human rights and refugee law and take all measures to protect civilians and meet their basic needs, and to ensure the rapid and unimpeded passage of humanitarian assistance;

Protection of civilians

4. Authorizes Member States that have notified the Secretary-General, acting nationally or through regional organizations or arrangements, and acting incooperation with the Secretary-General, to take all necessary measures,notwithstanding paragraph 9 of resolution 1970 (2011), to protect civilians and civilian populated areas under threat of attack in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya,including Benghazi, while excluding a foreign occupation force of any form on any part of Libyan territory, and equests the Member States concerned to inform the Secretary-General immediately of the measures they take pursuant to the authorization conferred by this paragraph which shall be immediately reported to the Security Council;

5. Recognizes the important role of the League of Arab States in matters relating to the maintenance of international peace and security in the region, and bearing in mind Chapter VIII of the Charter of the United Nations, requests the Member States of the League of Arab States to cooperate with other Member States in the implementation of paragraph 4;

No Fly Zone

6. Decides to establish a ban on all flights in the airspace of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya in order to help protect civilians;

7. Decides further that the ban imposed by paragraph 6 shall not apply to flights whose sole purpose is humanitarian, such as delivering or facilitating the delivery of assistance, including medical supplies, food, humanitarian workers and related assistance, or evacuating foreign nationals from the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, nor shall it apply to flights authorised by paragraphs 4 or 8, nor other flights which are deemed necessary by States acting under the authorisation conferred in paragraph 8 to be for the benefit of the Libyan people, and that these flights shall be coordinated with any mechanism established under paragraph 8;

8. Authorizes Member States that have notified the Secretary-General and the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, acting nationally or throughregional organizations or arrangements, to take all necessary measures to enforce compliance with the ban on flights imposed by paragraph 6 above, as necessary, and requests the States concerned in cooperation with the League of Arab States tocoordinate closely with the Secretary General on the measures they are taking toimplement this ban, including by establishing an appropriate mechanism for implementing the provisions of paragraphs 6 and 7 above,

9. Calls upon all Member States, acting nationally or through regional
organizations or arrangements, to provide assistance, including any necessary overflight approvals, for the purposes of implementing paragraphs 4, 6, 7 and 8 above;

10. Requests the Member States concerned to coordinate closely with each other and the Secretary-General on the measures they are taking to implement paragraphs 4, 6, 7 and 8 above, including practical measures for the monitoring and approval of authorised humanitarian or evacuation flights;

11. Decides that the Member States concerned shall inform the Secretary-General and the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States immediately ofmeasures taken in exercise of the authority conferred by paragraph 8 above,including to supply a concept of operations;

12. Requests the Secretary-General to inform the Council immediately of any actions taken by the Member States concerned in exercise of the authority conferred by paragraph 8 above and to report to the Council within 7 days and every month thereafter on the implementation of this resolution, including information on any violations of the flight ban imposed by paragraph 6 above;

Enforcement of the arms embargo

13. Decides that paragraph 11 of resolution 1970 (2011) shall be replaced by the following paragraph : “Calls upon all Member States, in particular States of the region, acting nationally or through regional organisations or arrangements, in order to ensure strict implementation of the arms embargo established by paragraphs 9 and 10 of resolution 1970 (2011), to inspect in their territory, including seaports and airports, and on the high seas, vessels and aircraft bound to or from the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, if the State concerned has information that provides reasonable grounds to believe that the cargo contains items the supply, sale, transfer or export of which is prohibited by paragraphs 9 or 10 of resolution 1970 (2011) as modified by this resolution, including the provision of armed mercenary personnel, calls upon all flag States of such vessels and aircraft to cooperate with such inspections and authorises Member States to use all measures commensurate to the specific circumstances to carry out such inspections”;

14. Requests Member States which are taking action under paragraph 13 above on the high seas to coordinate closely with each other and the Secretary-General and further requests the States concerned to inform the Secretary-General and the Committee established pursuant to paragraph 24 of resolution 1970 (2011) (“the Committee”) immediately of measures taken in the exercise of the authority conferred by paragraph 13 above;

15. Requires any Member State whether acting nationally or through regional organisations or arrangements, when it undertakes an inspection pursuant to paragraph 13 above, to submit promptly an initial written report to the Committee containing, in particular, explanation of the grounds for the inspection, the results of such inspection, and whether or not cooperation was provided, and, if prohibited items for transfer are found, further requires such Member States to submit to the Committee, at a later stage, a subsequent written report containing relevant details on the inspection, seizure, and disposal, and relevant details of the transfer, including a description of the items, their origin and intended destination, if thisinformation is not in the initial report;

16. Deplores the continuing flows of mercenaries into the Libyan Arab
Jamahiriya and calls upon all Member States to comply strictly with their
obligations under paragraph 9 of resolution 1970 (2011) to prevent the provision of armed mercenary personnel to the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya;

Ban on flights

17. Decides that all States shall deny permission to any aircraft registered in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya or owned or operated by Libyan nationals or companies to take off from, land in or overfly their territory unless the particular flight has been approved in advance by the Committee, or in the case of an emergency landing;

18. Decides that all States shall deny permission to any aircraft to take off from, land in or overfly their territory, if they have information that provides reasonable grounds to believe that the aircraft contains items the supply, sale, transfer, or export of which is prohibited by paragraphs 9 and 10 of resolution 1970 (2011) as modified by this resolution, including the provision of armed mercenary personnel, except in the case of an emergency landing;

Asset freeze

19. Decides that the asset freeze imposed by paragraph 17, 19, 20 and 21 of resolution 1970 (2011) shall apply to all funds, other financial assets and economic resources which are on their territories, which are owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by the Libyan authorities, as designated by the Committee, or by individuals or entities acting on their behalf or at their direction, or by entities owned or controlled by them, as designated by the Committee, and decides further that all States shall ensure that any funds, financial assets or economic resources are prevented from being made available by their nationals or by any individuals or entities within their territories, to or for the benefit of the Libyan authorities, as designated by the Committee, or individuals or entities acting on their behalf or at their direction, or entities owned or controlled by them, as designated by the Committee, and directs the Committee to designate such Libyan authorities,individuals or entities within 30 days of the date of the adoption of this resolution and as appropriate thereafter;

20. Affirms its determination to ensure that assets frozen pursuant to paragraph 17 of resolution 1970 (2011) shall, at a later stage, as soon as possible be made available to and for the benefit of the people of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya;

21. Decides that all States shall require their nationals, persons subject to their jurisdiction and firms incorporated in their territory or subject to their jurisdiction to exercise vigilance when doing business with entities incorporated in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya or subject to its jurisdiction, and any individuals or entities acting on their behalf or at their direction, and entities owned or controlled by them, if the States have information that provides reasonable grounds to believe that such business could contribute to violence and use of force against civilians;

Designations

22. Decides that the individuals listed in Annex I shall be subject to the travel restrictions imposed in paragraphs 15 and 16 of resolution 1970 (2011), and decides further that the individuals and entities listed in Annex II shall be subject to the asset freeze imposed in paragraphs 17, 19, 20 and 21 of resolution 1970 (2011);

23. Decides that the measures specified in paragraphs 15, 16, 17, 19, 20 and 21 of resolution 1970 (2011) shall apply also to individuals and entities determinedby the Council or the Committee to have violated the provisions of resolution 1970 (2011), particularly paragraphs 9 and 10 thereof, or to have assisted others in doing so;

Panel of Experts

24. Requests the Secretary-General to create for an initial period of one year, in consultation with the Committee, a group of up to eight experts (“Panel of Experts”), under the direction of the Committee to carry out the following tasks:

(a) Assist the Committee in carrying out its mandate as specified in
paragraph 24 of resolution 1970 (2011) and this resolution;

(b) Gather, examine and analyse information from States, relevant United Nations bodies, regional organisations and other interested parties regarding the implementation of the measures decided in resolution 1970 (2011) and this resolution, in particular incidents of non-compliance;

(c) Make recommendations on actions the Council, or the Committee or
State, may consider to improve implementation of the relevant measures;

(d) Provide to the Council an interim report on its work no later than 90 days after the Panel’s appointment, and a final report to the Council no later than 30 days prior to the termination of its mandate with its findings and recommendations;

25. Urges all States, relevant United Nations bodies and other interested parties, to cooperate fully with the Committee and the Panel of Experts, in particular by supplying any information at their disposal on the implementation of the measures decided in resolution 1970 (2011) and this resolution, in particular incidents of non-compliance;

26. Decides that the mandate of the Committee as set out in paragraph 24 of resolution 1970 (2011) shall also apply to the measures decided in this resolution;

27. Decides that all States, including the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, shall take the necessary measures to ensure that no claim shall lie at the instance of the Libyan authorities, or of any person or body in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, or of any person claiming through or for the benefit of any such person or body, in connection with any contract or other transaction where its performance was affected by reason of the measures taken by the Security Council in resolution 1970 (2011), this resolution and related resolutions;

28. Reaffirms its intention to keep the actions of the Libyan authorities under continuous review and underlines its readiness to review at any time the measures imposed by this resolution and resolution 1970 (2011), including by strengthening, suspending or lifting those measures, as appropriate, based on compliance by the Libyan authorities with this resolution and resolution 1970 (2011).

29. Decides to remain actively seized of the matter.

If you think Twitter, Facebook, and other online social media communities are only for teens, you're missing out on valuable and free marketing platforms for your brand (book, business or product).

Further, if you're not on social media, you're risking losing your potential clients/customers to those smart business people who are utilizing social media.

Which social media platforms you focus on depends a great deal on what your brand is. Here are seven excellent reasons why you must use social media no matter what you are promoting:

Reason 1: It's the Most Cost-Effective Online Advertising

The current most popular social media platforms being used for business are free: Twitter.com, Facebook.com and LinkedIn.com. (LinkedIn does have an upgrade that costs, but it's not necessary to get this upgrade.) And this is "relationship" marketing to targeted markets. Pemilihan Umum legeslatif yg sudah usai dan sekarang memasuki pemilu presiden, meski dicap sebagai penyelenggaraan pemilu terburuk toh pada akhirnya semua partai yg terlibat pemilu tidak ada yg gigih dalam melakukan protesnya atas indikasi indikasi kecurangan yg semula di teriakkannya, dan hasil pemilu legeslatif telah menghasilkan 9 partai politik yg lolos.

Catatan dari hasil pemilu legeslatif 2009 ini yg dapat dicermati :

1. Bahwa rakyat Indonesia hanya menginginkan jumlah partai politik yg sedikit.
2. Bahwa pendirian partai-partai baru yg ternyata tidak memperoleh dukungan yg cukup mengindikasikan bahwa pendirian partai partai tersebut hanya kepentingan elit partai belaka dan tidak didirikan dengan kesiapan yang maksimal baik dari sisi pendanaan maupun sosialisasi dan recruitment anggota partai tersebut.
3. Bahwa untuk jadi pelajaran semua partai bahwa pentingnya untuk menjadikan partainya partai kader yg sesungguhnya, dan betapa peran partai harus nyata dalam memelihara benar kader kadernya sampai ke tingkat ranting bahkan anak ranting SECARA KONTINYU sepanjang tahun hingga persiapan pemilu berikutnya, karena disitu peran pengumpulan jumlah suara dapat diperoleh, maka bila peran anak ranting dan ranting dari organisasi partai tersebut diperhatikan dan difungsikan sebagai ujung tombak partai dalam perekrutan anggota dan penciptaan kader kader partai yg militan, maka dalam lima tahun ke depan secara riil partai partai tersebut dapat mengukur dirinya apakah akan lolos atau tidak dan berapa persen perolehan suara yg akan diperoleh sudah dapat dipetakan karena bila sudah mempunyai kader kader parati yg banayak tentu tingkat loyalitan mereka jauh lebih solid dibanding hanaya simpatisam partai atau para pemilih mass mengambang yg hanya memilih asal asalan sesuai selera menjelang pemilihan dilangsungkan, karena kalau mendirikan partai hanya asal asalan dan mengharapkan dukungan dari massa mengambang maka akibatnya ya seperti yang terjadi di beberapa pemilu terakhir ini, meski ada satu dua partai yg memperoleh keberuntungan lolos namun kebanyakan partai partai baru tersebut toh kandas.

4. Bahwa dari 9 partai yg lolos bila dipetakan antara partai yg beraliran agama dan partai yg beraliran nasionalis maka maka mayoritas rakyat lebih memilih partai-partai yang beraliran nasionalis (PDIP,GOLKAR,DEMOKRAT,HANURA,GERINDRA) kurang lebih 80% sedang jumlah pemilih partai aliran agama lebih sedikit yg jumlahnya kurang lebih 20%(PAN,PKS,PKB,PPP).

5. jumlah warga yg tidak memilih atau yg dikenal dg Golput yg ternyata jumlahnya lebih dua kali lipat perolehan partai pemenang pemilu legeslatif kali ini, bisa dikatakan tingkat apatisme rakyat yg memenangkan pemilu 2009 ini.

SATPOL PP DAN EKSES PENGGUSURAN

Tragis dan sungguh memilukan nasib balita Siti Khoiyaroh (4 tahun) akhirnya meninggal akibat tersiram air bakso yg mendidih, sewaktu diadakan penertiban PKL oleh Satpol PP PemKot Surabaya, meski pihak Pemkot yg menanggung biaya pengobatan maupun memberikan santunan berjuta juta, namun berapapun uang yg diberikan tentu tidak akan mengahApus kesedihan orang tua dan keluarga yg ditinggalkan.

Kata penggusuran dan tindakan penggusuran sering kita baca, kita lihat, dan kita dengar dari media, bahkan mungkin kita lihat secara langsung, terlepas dari benar tidaknya pihak yg jadi korban gusuran, namun dg kasat mata kita melihat tindakan aparat Satpol PP di berbagai tempat sepertinya seragam dalam menindak warga yg dijadikan sasaran penggusuran, dan tentu yang sering di hadapi adalah para pedagang kaki lima, warung warung pinggir jalan, pemukiman warga tidak mampu yg menempati ruang ruang kosong di berbagai sudut kota.

Bisa jadi para pedagang Kaki lima para pemukim liar tersebut memang ada unsur tidak tepatnya bila dilihat dari kacatamata hukum, tapi dari sisi kemanusiaan dan hak asasi manusia tentu akan berbeda cara pandangnya, sungguh sangat disayangkan bila penanganan oleh aparat satpol PP harus sebagaimana yg kita saksikan selama ini, karena warga kota itu bukan musuhnya pemda tapi juga warga negara, sehinga cara yg selama ini dilakukan sebaiknya di evaluasi kembali.

Tindakan penggusuran secara pemaksaan dg kekerasan yang dilakukan Satpol PP seharusnya tidak terjadi bila upaya upaya yg dilakukan dengan tetap mengedepankan persuasi dengan dilandasi rasa kemanusiaan dan menjunjung tinggi hak azazi manusia, karena bila upaya persuasi yg diambil tentu tidak akan menimbulkan benturan benturan yg bisa berekses tragis sebagaimana korban Siti Khoiyaroh (4 tahun)ini.

Bahwa aparat pemda itu adalah aparat sipil termasuk didalamnya Satpol PP, dan aparat pemda adalah pelayan masyarakat di wilayahnya, maka rasanya Menteri Dalam Negeri perlu untuk membenahi eksistensi satpol PP dengan pembenahan tindakan/perilaku sebagai masyarakat sipil aparatur yg mengedepankan semangat melayani dan melindungi warga negara/masyarakat.

Semoga siapapun yang memang dalam Pilpres mendatang,setelah jadi Presiden bisa memperhatikan dan membenahi hal ini.

MILIH BUDIONO SBY TERLALU PD AKAN TERPILIH

Dengan memilih Budiono dan mengabaikan keinginan partai-partai yg merapat ke Partai Demokrat maka terlihat Susilo Bambang Yudoyono (SBY) sangat percaya diri (PD) akan terpilih lagi dan tidak memandang lagi pentingnya wapres yang berasal dari kalangan partai atau bisa juga SBY phobia wapres dari Parpol karena pengalaman dengan Jusuf Kalla selama 5 tahun belakangan ini mungkin dirasakannya tidak mengenakkan dan tidak nyaman.

Tapi benarkah rasa percaya diri SBY ini akan membuahkan hasil kemenangan pilpres 2009 ini hanya mendasarkan pada popularitasnya yg kata survey dia lebih unggul untuk saat ini, belum tentu, karena rakyat pemilih yg menentukan? Partai Demokrat bisa saja menang di pemilu legeslatif namun bisa jadi rakyat menginginkan presiden dari partai lain,siapa tahu,

Dan berdasar survey calon rival potensialnya Megawati dan setelah itu baru prabowo dan yang lainnya, maka upaya partai demokrat dan SBY untuk meredam keinginan PDIP untuk maju mencalonkan Megawati sebagai presiden dengan mengajaknya berkoalisi yg terindikasi dengan pendekatan pendekatan yg dilakukan akhir akhir ini setidaknya mengurangi satu rival potensial, dan jika terjadi alangkah bodohnya PDIP kalau mau, karena hal ini tentu akan sangat membuat kecewa kader kadernya dan simpatisan yg mengharapkan Megawati menjadi presiden,meski dengan bersedia koalisi dg demokrat mungkin para petingginya akan mendapatkan imbalan kedudukan sebagai menteri atau jabatan jabatan lain, dan ikut numpang berkuasa dengan Demokrat dengan menjadi partai pendukung pemerintah.

Dan Partai partai Islam yg sebelumnya menyatakan dukungan kepada SBY memang resah dan gelisah dengan pilihan SBY terhadap Budiono, apalagi di PKS yg sangat berkeinginan mencalonkan kadernya, begitupun dengan PAN yg karena ambisi mencawapreskan kadernya hingga membuat partainya terdera konflik, begitupun dengan PPP yg juga terdera konflik karena ambisi merapat ke SBY , sementara untuk PKB memang sudah terbelah sebelum pemilu karena faksi Gusdur yg kalah maka PKB yg sekarang langsung menempel ke SBY dan tidak ada resisitensi di internalnya sama sekali.

Bahkan Golkarpun sempat terdera konflik akibat keinginan beberapa kadernya untuk lengket ke SBY, meski JK sudah mendeclare sebagai Capres tapi beberapa kadernya sepertinya setengah hati bisa jadi setelah JK terjungkal dari kursi ketua Umum dan bila tidak terpilih jadi presiden nanti maka Golakar akan di tarik merapat ke SBY.
Memang sekarang ini PDIP sedang di uji konsistensi dan kesolidtannya sekarang ini, karena dengan merapat ke Demokrat benih benih konflik baru tentu akan tumbuh.

namun bagi partai partai islam non PKB dihadapkan pilihan yang sulit,bila ikut dengan SBY maka harus bersedia untuk tunduk dan menerima dengan bargaining yg lemah, untuk di beri atau tidak jatah jatah kekuasaan nantinya, ya harus terima begitu saja tanpa dapat protes, atau mereka mencalonkan presiden sendiri dengan bergabung menjadi faksi partai partai islam, yg jadi masalah tentu sewaktu akan menentukan siapa yang akan dipilih jadi capres dan cawapresnya sementara waktu pendaftaran sudah dekat.

Sedang pilihan untuk Prabowo Gerindra hanya ada dua pilihan mengupayakan PDIP mencalonkan Megawati maju Capres dan Prabowo bersedia jadi wakilnya atau dia mengggalang dukungan dari partai-partai Islam yg kecewa dengan SBY.

PDIP koalisi dg Demokrat strategi atau bunuh diri

Kedekatan Partai PDIP dengn Partai Demokrat telah menimbulkan keheranan banyak pihak dan juga masyarakat tentunya, mengingat kedua partai ini sejak Megawati S lengser dari kursi Kepresidenannya tidak terjalin hubungan yang harmonis, ada apa dengan PDIP yga selama ini terkesan sebagai partai yg KONSISTEN dengan pendirian kok tiba tiba seperti tergiur dengan kekuasaan dengan berdekatan dengan Partai Demokrat.

PENYEBAB PDIP
dengan bergabungnya seluruh partai Islam yang mendekat ke partai Demokrat dan juga telah dideklarasikannya JK wiranto dari Golkar dan Hanura sebagai capres dan cawapres maka pilihan PDIP sepertinya tinggal pada Prabowo dengan Gerindranya namun sepertinya Prabowo yang tetap berkeinginan sebagai pilihan Capresnya indikasinya muncul dengan isu yg terhembus memposisikan Puan sebagai cawapres dan capresnya prabowo, sementara amanat konggres PDIP memilih Megawati sebagai calon Presiden, maka hingga sekarang ini kedua partai tersebut terlihat belum ada kesepahaman mengenai koalisi keduanya, nah untuk mensikapi hal ini maka bisa jadi langkah pendekatan dengan partai demokrat ini bisa dilihat dari dua sisi

1. Sebagai tujuan berkoalisi
bila benar PDIP melakukan pendekatan ini sebagai langkah berkoalisi dengan partai demokrat maka ini mengindikasikan kalau PDIP dengan MeGAWATI sudah tidak percaya diri dan gamang dalam melaNGKAH, sehingga rela menukar HARGA DIRI DAN HARKAT DAN CITRA SEBAGAI PARTAI YG solid DAN KONSISTEN dan TEGUH pendirian MENJADI mengingkari nya sendiri, pilihan ini tentu akan sangat mengecewakan simpatisan dan pendukungnya,
perlu diiingat bahwa kejadian 2 kekecewaan kader kader militan PDIP yg kecewa dengan putusan DPP dimasa lalu yg membuat mereka menyempal keluar faktanya telah menggerus suara PDIP di berbagai tempat bahkan di basis massa PDIP sebelumnya, dan yg tersisa dari 14 % perolehan suara ini itu adalah suara dari pemilih yg loyal dan setia dan mengharapkan Megawati maju sebagai Calon Presiden namun bila berkoalisi dengan Partai Demokrat tentu dengan sendiri harus mengubur keinginan itu karena Partai demokrat tentu mencalonkan SBY, bahkan untuk posisi wapres sekalipun buat PDIP kalau menjadi Wapresnya SBY tentu akan membuat kadernya dan simpatisannya kecewa.

dan koalisi dengan demokart ini kedepan akan menjadikan PDIP kembali menjadi PARTAI BONSAI sebagaimana sewaktu masih PDI di masa lalu, karena kekecewaan tersebut akan terakumulasi menjadi konflik konflik yg berujung pada perpecahan partai, bila hal ini terjadi sungguh sangat disayangkan

langkah terhormat yg seharusnya diambil PDIP
a.TETAP MENCALONKAN MEGAWATI SEBAGAI CAPRES dengan memanfaatkan waktu untuk lobby ke PAN dan PPP bila prabowo tetap menolak menjadi cawapresnya Megawati.

b. atau bila tidak ada menemukan mitra koalisi untuk syarat pencapresan maka megawati dan PDIP tetap menyatakan beroposisi dengan pemenang pemilu Presiden Siapapun yg terpilih nantinya, dengan hal ini maka akan membuat simpatisan dan pengikut PDIP tidak ada yg kecewa dan dapat memahami, karena tidak berlanjutnya pencalonan disebabkan terhalang perolehan suara yg tidak cukup.

2. sebagai strategi dalam mencapreskan Megawati
bila langkah pendekatan ke Partai demokrat hanya sebagai sasaran antara untuk pencapaian tujuan mencapreskan megawati rasanya hal itu dapat dipahami

- langkah ini sebagai cara meredam prabowo untuk bersedia menjadi capwapresnya Megawati.
- langkah ini sebagai langkah memecah koalisi yg hendak dibangun Partai Demokrat dengan partai partai Islam yg mendukungnya, terbukti hari ini kelompok partai partai islam tersebut menjadi resah dan hendak keluar dari koalisi dengan partai demokrat, hal itu tentu akan membuka peluang PDIP untuk mendekati PAN dan PPP sebagai mitra koalisi bila dengan gerindra tetap gagal dijalin. sehingga tetap membuka peluang kembali untuk mencapreskan megawati .

Hari ini di TV kita saksikan bagaimana kampanye SBY di Demokrat dengan Megawati Sukarnoputri di PDIP, semuanya bicara mengenai hal yang sama tapi cara pandang dan kesimpulan yang beda, SBY mengklaim sekarang lebih sejahtera, sementara Megawati melihat rakyat sekarang semakin sengsara dan menderita.

sebagai rakyat pemilih harus jadi pemilih kritis,dan selektif kecuali anda memang sudah fanatis pada suatu partai, namun bilamana anda masih belum ada pilihan pasti tentu harus menceramati partai dan calon calon yang ada, menurut saya ada beberapa tip untuk memilih dalam pemilu :

TIPS MEMILIH DI PEMILU 2009

1.Sudah kenal Partai belum kenal /tidak mau pilihcalegnya.MAKA PILIH PARTAINYA SAJA.
- bisa jadi anda tertarik suatu partai karena kinerja partainya atau karena ketua umumnya, namun calegnya anda tidak kenal dan mungkin juga anda tidak sreg memilih salah satu dari mereka maka ya CONTRENG/PILIH SAJA PARTAINYA.

2. Belum Kenal Partainya dan Calegnya tapi tertarik karena iklannya
- mungkin anda tertarik dengan partai baru yg dengan iklannya dan janji janji iklannya anda lebih tertarik memilih partai ini, atau mungkin anda bosan dengan partai partai yang sudah ada.

Pemilu ibarat candu yang memabukkan bagi rakyat, dan itulah yg sering membuat rakyat terlena oleh ramuan janji jannji kampanye yang melenakan rakyat untuk sesaat sebelum sadar kalau mereka hanya dikibuli saja oleh kata kata manis para calon legestatif dan calon presiden yang belum tentu setelah jadi mereka melaksanakan janjinya tersebut tidak sengaja atau malah sengaja melupakan.

Sudah beberapakali Pemilu seberapa banyak sih janji janji para calon terwujud? karena begitu mereka terpilih bukan aspirasi rakyat yang diperjuangkan namun kepentingan kepentingan mereka dan kepentingan partainya sendiri yang diutamakan, itulah yang sering kita saksikan, kita dengar, kita baca di media bagaimana tingkah polah mereka di senayan, ditambah lagi beberapa dari mereka sedang diproses hukum akibat dugaan melakukan korupsi.

Begitupun dengan janji SBY-JK sewaktu 2004 lalu yg mengusung perubahan, idealisnya perubahan itu ke arah kebaikan dan kesejahteraan, namun sepanjang 5 tahun ini, kita melihat rakyat masih banyak yg menderita, saya sedih bila melihat di TV banyak warga yg mengantri mendapatkan uang 20 atau 30 ribu atau sembako dengan harus mengorbankan nyawa dan tenaga akibat berdesak desakan, begitupun dengan rakyat yg harus mengatre untuk beli minyak tanah, kejadian itu justru tidak pernah kita saksikan di pemerintahan sebelum sebelumnya, meski pemerintahan sebelumnya juga punya catatan kekurangan masing masing.

Maka agar pemilu tidak jadi candu maka sebagai rakyat kita harus sadar sesadar sadarnya dalam memilih, jangan terbuai oleh rayuan bujukan dan janji-janji belaka, cermati karakter orang yang membuat janji tersebut keseharian dan kesejarahan hidupnya sebelumnya, karena apa yang ada di dia sekarang dan sebelumnya ( baik karakter,kepribadian, tingkah laku, dan cara pengambilan keputusan) itu yang akan menentukan dia setelah menjabat nanti, maka selektiflah dalam memilih jangan termakan oleh kesan baik yg menyesatkan, apalagi oleh penampilan fisik semata, karena sebagai rakyat kita yang akan menanggung akibat selama 5 tahun bilamana salah pilih.

I feel that one of the most important ingredients in your formula for success is having a clearly defined and vivid vision of where you want to be. At first the “how” is not that important, you need to create a vision that gets you so excited that you develop the mentality that you will stop at nothing to get what you want. Many people first focus on the how than very quickly find themselves overwhelmed with too many details and just as quickly talk them selves out of pursuing their goals. You have to take a leap of faith and trust that the how will be shown to you as you go along. Do you remember the days as a kid with dreams of epic proportions? What happened those dreams? You got older and domesticated by a society that says that having those dreams is foolish. That’s nonsense, why wouldn’t you want to accomplish the things that even as a kid you knew would make you happy. I encourage you to dream like you once used to.

One way I keep myself motivated and keep my vision alive is through my picture book. In my book I have everything that I want and every morning I look at it to remind me what I want in life. Go right now and get some magazines and cut out every picture of the things you want and places you want to visit, don’t be thinking if you can actually get those things now, dare to dream. Remember your mind thinks in pictures, look at your picture book until in becomes as vivid as possible in the theater of your mind. Your mind cant tell the difference between something you remember or something you experience in real time.

Visualization Exercises(meditation):

(Please read this whole section, I will explain why almost all self help fails to produce the results people want)

You can think of meditation as conscious sleeping. Just as you sleep to gain energy for your daily functioning, meditation is conscious sleeping that gives you all the energy(creative abilities) you need for what you intend to accomplish.

I also use lucid dreaming as another way to increase creativity, I will soon write a hub on lucid dreaming.(Lucid dreaming is when you actually become aware in your dream that you are dreaming, once properly trained you can control your dreams)

Use the power of meditation to help you achieve your goals. Strive to everyday meditate one minute for each year of your current age. I am 24, so everyday I try and meditate at least 24 minutes. If you are new to meditation check out this website on transcendental meditation .There are many techniques find something that feels good to you.

Quantum Mind Power

Daily Routine:

1. Pick a nice comfortable place where to meditate. Have an intention on what you plan to meditate on before hand. Ex. A destination you want to visit.

2. Find a comfortable position to sit. Sitting on a chair or on the floor, does not really matter as long as it is comfortable for you.

3. Cross your legs, clasp your hands together.(this helps make your own energy circuit and gives stability)

4.Close your eyes, than stop inner and outer chatter.

5. Relax, begin thinking that your whole body is becoming extremely relaxed.

6. Eyes should be closed.

7. You will notice that your mind is full of many thoughts. Your mind will than begin to ask questions to those thoughts and try and come up with answers whether they are known or unknown. This is why your mind(ego) can be your enemy if it mostly thinks in negative terms.

8. You will need to transcend your mind and thoughts in order to meditate. Your mind and thoughts are what separate you from your higher self, you can also think of your higher self as your subconscious mind don't worry about the labels.

9. You transcend your mind by simply observing your breath. Don't inhale/exhale consciously just observe your natural breathing. Don't go behind your thoughts, if you catch your self drifting just always come back to your breathing. Slowly the amount of thoughts reduces and your breathing becomes thinner and shorter. If you are able to keep all your focus on your breath, you will get to the point of no thought and no breath. This state of no thought is your connection to your divine being and energy body. The more you meditate the more benefits and energy that you will receive. Your own self awareness and consciousness will also expand.

10. You will feel a very pleasurable feeling meditating. If you feel any discomfort in your body these can be possible areas of disease or illness. If you meditate everyday you will heal your body naturally.

11. Now that you are in a state of no thought and total relaxation. Begin to think only on your intention. Remember whatever you think now is in a state that will be impregnated directly into your subconscious. It is incredibly important that you don't color any of your thoughts with any lack,limitation,dis belief or doubt. This is why almost all self help material does not produce the results people expect. Wishing for more money(or anything else) never works, the thought of wanting more money also has the thought of doubt attached to it. Ask your self how many thoughts that you think about have been modified in a way that is not beneficial to you. You just never realize that you are programming your sub conscious all day. This is why meditation is so powerful. You are able to make suggestions to your subconscious where the thought is not modified in any way shape or form. So if you want to make things happen fast you need to get rid of the concept of attaching time to yourthoughts. You have to remember that everything you get in your life comes based on the conditions that you set up and time is usually one condition that cuases the most frustration with people. Just as a computer programmer gives a computer instructions to complete a task, you program the most powerful computer you have which is your subconscious. Your conscious mind acts as the gate keeper as to what thoughts you let in. Now that you know this choose to become more aware and conscious about what you think all day long. Learn to see the world in a non linear way, remove time from your consiousness and watch how things show up in your life faster than you ever thought.

Thoughts = feelings = actions = results (just like that you can begin to shape your life)

12. Mentally rehearse every moment of it with all your senses. Dare to be like Peter Pan :)

13. Visualize in vivid detail, your intention as established fact. Also make sure you meditate only on days you feel good. Remember you want your thoughts to be as pure as possible. This also means that you really find out what you want, make sure its not something you want solely for ego purposes. Thoughts that involve the ego are usually always colored with negativity.

14. With time you will begin to be able to hold vivid pictures of anything(you will develop you third eye). The more you are able to hold onto an image in your mind the more power you give it.

15. Get up and go have a great day :) notice how much energy you have the rest of the day. As you advance in your discipline, you will have a lot of fun basically creating your day before it starts.

Beliefs:

To start making that vision a reality you will have to change some of your beliefs and adopt beliefs that will help you reach your goals. Because if you have this great vision of you retiring on your own private beach but deep down you don’t believe you can do it, you have already sabotaged yourself. Your desire and your belief are in conflict with each other and therefore you will not manifest what it is that you want into your life. If you want to be a good leader one day but you currently have the belief that you are a shy person, it will not happen. You need to truly make a decision to adopt the belief that you are really outgoing. When you truly decide to do something you will find a way to do it.

Some Ways to shape your beliefs:

1. Always think Success- as soon as you think about failure forget about it and don’t let anymore negative thoughts snowball. The more attention you give a thought the more powerful it will become than you will make it harder for yourself to get back to a productive mind state. The only way to change how you feel is to think about something else. Whenever you feel doubt, fear, and failure creeping into your mind have a default thought that you can use to avoid giving attention to mental poison. As soon as I feel I am entertaining thoughts of negativity I immediately begin to think about relaxing on a beach and affirm to myself that “I attract abundance to all areas of my life”. The more I try and have the feelings of being on the beach with no worries and remind myself that I am in complete control of how I feel, I immediately feel the negativity begin to melt away as I begin to focus on my new positive thought.

2. Develop the belief that you are better than you currently feel- don’t look at your weaknesses as a burden but as an opportunity to improve your self. When I find something I don’t like about my personality I don’t get down on myself for it, I just realize that now I have something I can work on to make myself better. Most importantly love and accept who you are, not who you will or should be.

3. Believe that sky’s the limit- if you have little goals you will have little success, the bigger your dreams the more potential for your possible success. Even If you think your dream is too big, strive to reach that dream, because you will end up at a better place than if you would have set your sights on a smaller goal. The trick is to really believe you can do it, this just isn’t wishful thinking. Wishful thinking never got anyone anything, you need to find out what you want and get out there and get it. If you really want that house on the beach your mind will come up with ways to help you get it.(develop faith in your self)

How to remove junk beliefs:

1. Meditate on your old belief and tell the truth about it. Now replace it with a belief that will better serve you. Meditate on it until you feel you have changed that belief.

Now when you accept these beliefs it means you will have to raise your standards and develop a strategy that will put you on the road to accomplish what you set forth. Do whatever you have to do. Read any books that will spark your interest or help you discover any distinctions that will point you in the right direction. Find a role model, a person who has already accomplished what you want. Find out what some of their beliefs, interests, body language, image, etc. is and adopt them as your own. Your role model can serve as a blue print, the goal is to cut down on the trial and error so you can get where you want faster than you ever thought possible. You can take all the qualities from all the people you admire and add your own personal touch. Just think of if it as if you are trying to build the person you want and know you can be. Thomas Edison is one of the greatest inventors in history, he was able to elaborate, modify and adapt on other peoples ideas. You don’t have torecreate the wheel just constantly be aware of any success ingredients you come across and make them part of your identity. Think of your mind as a warehouse the more you learn and store will eventually serve as an inventory for future reference, which will breed new ideas and perspectives.

Consistency is key we are all creatures of patterns and habits. In order to become the person you desire to be, start by changing your patterns. Think of all the quality traits you must possess, make a pattern which uses those traits efficiently than strive to be consistent. Consistency will develop into habits and this is key because if you fail to be consistent with your actions you will not be consistent with who you desire to be. This lack of confusion between your actions and what your mind knows you are capable of leads to tremendous amounts of stress, confusion, and even depression. Many other consequences also come from a lack of consistency.

This is why awareness of self is critical; you need to be constantly evaluating your self. Decide if the persona you are currently displaying is the reality that you want for yourself,because with enough time thats what your reality will become.

With every goal you have in life, people will always be a critical part of it. How fast you reach your goals depends on how well you deal with people and the level of influence you have on them. In order to really influence people you must become a person who is likable. How do you become likable? You must have a sincere interest in other people. Every person on this earth wants to feel important, so you need to treat everyone with the up most importance, because they deserve it. Remember no one is better than you and you are not better than anyone, we are all human beings who deserve the same amount of respect.

Becoming Likable:

Setting the Stage

Your goal in meeting people should be to consciously be the first to initiate and set the stage for conversation. Most people are hesitant to be the first, don’t be like most people step out of your comfort zone. I know that if you are a shy person that this can be one of the hardest things for you to do, but the more you do it, the more you condition your self for it to become second nature. As a small kid I used to be really shy but I noticed that the kids that where outgoing tended to be the happier kids so I began to step out of my comfort zone and now I feel I can walk up to almost anyone. This is going to take time; things don’t happen over night but don’t let this discourage you. Many people feel that for you to become proficient in something takes around five years. Don’t waste anytime, start today and each day after that will get easier. Each different experience will later serve as a reference to remind you, that you can approach almost anyone. By being the first to initiate conversation you also automatically have a certain degree of control, you are able to draw people into your own rhythms. Have you ever noticed how persuasive people are able to seduce you to their ways, dictating your body language and basically synchronizing it to theirs? This is because people naturally imitate other people as a way of communicating with the other person. So if you are the first you get to decide what angle to approach. So if the person you are approaching appears sad, approach them with a big confident smile. Odds are they will slowly begin to smile; you will automatically change their mood. Now you will have a better chance of having a better conversation.

In setting the stage you will need to train your self to pick up any subtle signals that the person you are approaching is giving off. With time you will be able to sum up a person in a blink of an eye and from what your subconscious catches use it help you set the stage. This will require you to have an open mind and immerse your self in as many different worlds/cultures as possible. That’s why I never limit my self to one particular set of friends. I have friends from all sorts of backgrounds. I have friends who are skaters, basketball players, artists, musicians, writers, etc. By having so many friends with diverse interests I quickly learn about their worlds. By knowing what kind of stage to set up you will know how to get the other person to think very highly of you. For example by being observant you will catch the subtleties in the way a person appears to be (The way he is dressed, body language, tone of voice, language, etc.) which will help you to imagine placing your self in there shoes. By really imagining what being that person is like it will give you a good idea of how he/she is feeling. This in turn helps you get a better idea of what appproach to use when trying to communicate effectively with them. When I am able to pick up persons subtleties I will know what topics, questions, and general things that appeal to them which gives me information to work with in the process of winning that person as a friend. Like if know this person is really passionate about cars, I will ask a question with the minimum knowledge I have about something that he knows or thinks he knows a lot about.

Now you set the stage for Mike who will love to tell me exactly why the Mitsubishi EVO is better. When someone is knowledgeable about something it’s in their nature to tell you because it is one more opportunity for them to show how great or smart they are. You have to cater to their ego and never test or contradict their ideas, because their ego will not accept someone who is supposed to know less tell them they are possibly wrong. If I would have told him that I heard that the Subaru WRX is better, we would have just gotten in an argument that he would not have backed out of. But I didn’t and now they will love me for it, because I was taking interest into what he enjoys.

Body Language

Whenever you approach someone for the very first time your body language will do most of the talking and the other person will immediately have a first impression of you. So you must always be aware that whatever you say your body is also in agreement. If you say one thing and your body says the opposite you will come out as someone fake. We have all seen the girl that walks up to another girl and says “I’m so happy to see you…how you been?....you look so good…” but their body language is saying “what are you doing here….I’m not really listening to what your saying” this is easily seen and can be one of the rudest things you can do in trying to make new friends. Always approach someone with open gestures and a smile. If you approach someone with crossed arms, this will automatically make the other person defensive and question your motives. Approach them with open arms and a gentle smile, smiling is infectious if the other person has a stern look on their face the moment youapproach them with a smile you will gradually notice that they will smile too. This usually sets it up for a good conversation because both people are in good moods. Try this - if you’re in a neutral mood right now, put a big smile on your face for no reason if you pay attention you can feel your body changing and your mood immediately start to change. People who are in good moods will place a lot more importance to what you have to say.

Questions and Listening

Your next goal is to sincerely try to find out as much as you can about the person. Ask quality questions; find out what is important to the person, goals, beliefs, interests, etc. The key is to be sincere so the person feels comfortable and is more likely to open up. Try to have a calm demeanor refrain from being overly eager as this might scare the person. You must be able to match the mood of the person. If the person is excited to tell you a story you must become excited as well. If the person is telling you a sad story you must show sincere empathy. Be open minded and really listen to the person.

Listening: Try to listen at least twice as much as you talk. Listening requires more than just pretending to listen or simply hearing a person talk. Listening and hearing are two completely different things and the person can tell if you’re really listening to them, or simply hearing them speak. Being a good listener is a skill, you must become an active listener. Remember this is all about the other person, who cares if you don’t get to talk about your self. In the end the other person will love you for it. They will tell their friends

“Man I really enjoyed talking to that person”….why is that? Was he a very interesting person? “You know what…I really don’t know why…I really don’t know much about him”

This shouldn’t bother you because in the end you greatly benefited from the situation as well. If you’re an effective listener you will gain a better understanding of that person’s thoughts, perspectives, feelings and actions. You have to remember that most people would rather talk than listen, but most of the time this person is not very influential. Take this as an opportunity to become more persuasive and influential.

Sometimes the problem with most people is that listening to them doesn’t have much value. They feel that in order to get people to like them they must do a great deal of the talking. Think about that for a minute, how do you like it when another person is talking so much that when you try and say something they still keep talking. You eventually quit listening to that person because you got to annoyed. Now sometimes you don’t need to do most of the listening, you constantly need to evaluate the situation. Sometimes people really want to hear what you have to say. In this situation still try and get the other person involved and flip around the question that they just asked you.

People who talk too much

1. People always talk about them behind their backs

2. In group settings they feel they always need to say something just to feel like they are contributing.

3. Usually have very big egos

4. They ask questions that they already have the answers too

5. Because they are so focused on having something to say aren’t even listening to what someone is saying.

People Who Listen Effectively

1.Get the whole picture, than they can act accordingly.

2.Everyone loves a good listener so you will make tons of friends.

3.No one talks bad about you, who ever said “man that kid just loves to listen too much”

Good listening is going to really take effort. The reason is that people can think a lot faster than people can speak. What ends up happening is that you begin to think of other things as that person is speaking. Than you become consumed with those thoughts. Next thing you know the other person asks you “So than do you think I did the right thing”. You weren’t listening so you have no idea what to say. This is one of biggest turn offs in trying to become friends with that person.

Things to avoid when Listening

Don’t Interrupt

Because you have the upper hand by thinking faster than someone who is speaking, you will become tempted to interrupt. Don’t because the other person will get the feeling that you don’t care what they are saying and want to bring back the topic of conversation to you. The other person might also have great momentum going in telling you a story, but when you interrupt them their story doesn’t carry as much feeling when they go back to speaking. You also show that you are one of those people who enjoy speaking more than being a good listener. When you interrupt you are also making assumptions of what you think the other person is about to say. This might cause you to miss out completely different information. Because you interrupted them the other person might not even want to continue telling you about it.

Compliments + Appreciation

The way to make people feel important is through sincere compliments and appreciation. Most people go out their way to do something, to get other people to notice them, yet most people don’t. Get in the habit of noticing the little things about people. In the end the little things are what matter and what end up making a person unique so pay attention. Next time you see them, be the first to give them a sincere compliment on something even as simple as their hair cut. By making other people feel good about them selves you should also feel good for doing it, it’s a win win situation.

Many times people walk around with the mentality that other people owe them something, nobody owes you anything. Whenever anybody does anything for you show your appreciation and let them know you don’t take anything for granted. Be spontaneous get the person a small gift when they don’t expect it.

Encouragement

Once you find out what is truly important to someone you must provide encouragement. Everyone has dreams and aspirations. Be the one who encourages them to pursue their goals. Any insight or information that’s empowering will provide a boost to their confidence. Most people are so afraid of failure that they will not pursue their goals. They will give you all the reasons why their goals are out of reach. Your goal should be to switch their focus on the negative reasons to the ways how they can make it happen. You have to remember that whatever we focus on becomes our reality, so when you focus only on the negative aspects that’s all you will see. When they give you a reason why they can’t do it, ask them if that’s really a reason or a mere excuse. If they are excuses show them how destructive it is to be in this mental state. Make them realize that all their hopes and dreams are in danger all because of petty excuses. One of the best feelings you will get in dealing with people, is when you get another person excited about his goals or ideas. Now that the person is excited you need to point them in the right direction. Help them research the world they want to be in; find out as much relevant information. Help them create a plan and deadlines that will help them reach their goals. Start with small attainable goals, this will help them gain momentum and than move onto more challenging goals. By being active in the whole process you will build a deeper and more influential relationship with that person. He will not see you as a mere friend but as an ally in their journey to success.

Plan and Organize Social Events

One of the best ways to develop a meaningful experience with someone is through a social event. Whenever you participate in an event or trip your relationship with those people will become even greater. When I studied abroad in Prague I have never developed such strong relationships in such a short amount of time. I met people from all over the world and on the weekends we would take trips to other countries. On these trips I made incredible bonds, because everyone was on an adventure of experiencing new things together. Experiences are always magnified with more people involved. Just think about when you are watching a funny movie all by yourself you begin to laugh but than realize no one is there to enjoy the moment with you and your experience is quickly diminished .

Moving Beyond Your Divorce

There is no single more powerful stumbling block to moving beyond our divorce into a new life than the inability to accept our new reality. Acceptance is the hardest part of the divorce recovery process. Acceptance requires total honesty, courage and the willingness to let go of the life that we had...a life that no longer exists. Without that acceptance, we cannot move forward and create a new life.

How does one learn acceptance? Although it takes time and a good deal of inner work, it can be done. Here is a step-by-step guide to move you towards acceptance:

1) It’s about you, not them.

One of the most powerful lessons in life is the knowledge that we have control over one person and one person only…ourselves. If you are looking outside of yourself to move forward, you won’t. We can’t change anyone but ourselves. We have power over no one except ourselves. It is when we turn inward and do the work on ourselves that we will be able to effect dramatic and positive changes in our lives.

Being a victim means giving away all control and power. If I blame someone else for my situation, then I am powerless to do anything about it as I have chosen to absolve myself of any responsibility.

We can create changes that will make out lives better but not until we stop trying to change our ex or our current reality and we realize that it’s about us, not them.

2) Get support.

If you think you can do this all by yourself you may be in for a big surprise. Research consistently shows that getting support in any challenging endeavor leads to more success. Whether you choose a divorce support group, a therapist, a member of the clergy or a Life Coach, just do it.

If you are one of the those people who think that you have to handle life’s challenges on your own because somehow you equate support with weakness, get over it! Getting support is a sign of intelligence as far as I’m concerned as well as an indication that you really are serious about moving onward in life.

3) First, you must get through the initial stages of loss that includes denial, grief, anger, depression and whatever else you might be feeling early in the divorce process.

These emotions are all natural and necessary states that we need to experience. They are the norm versus the exception. Each one of these feelings needs to be embraced and experienced fully. There must be an ending before a new beginning.

There is a difference between fully experiencing an emotional stage and getting stuck in it. Beware excessive self-pity and real depression. Here is where support becomes important to your well-being and improvement.

4) Distinguish between facts and interpretations.

I cannot stress the importance of this step enough. People get stuck when they cannot face the facts and prefer to believe that their personal interpretations are reality.

You might be familiar with the exercise of the picture that has a hidden image within it. Ten people may come up with ten different interpretations of the picture. Some people will see the hidden image immediately and others will never see it until it is pointed out to them. Either way, the hidden picture exists. It is a fact.

You may feel that you have been mentally abused and yet your partner may feel that you are the one that is abusive. He said, she said. Probably a counselor will see a totally different picture altogether. You know, there’s your side, his side and then the truth.

Once you are truthful with yourself and can see the facts versus the drama or story of your divorce, you will be on your way to acceptance.

5) Be brutally honest and take responsibility for your marriage, divorce and life.

Those of us who can be totally honest with ourselves will receive the gift of a deep awareness of who and what we are along with the ability to accept our lives as they are without looking to blame someone else. Being honest allows us to see things that hadn’t existed for us before. The truth will indeed set you free. By setting aside our egos, we can look at our life for what it actually is versus a story about our divorce.

Once we have been honest and have embraced all the facts about our divorce, we are free to accept full responsibility for our lives. Responsibility is power and the freedom to choose what we want next in life. If we cannot take responsibility, we remain victims and victims absolve themselves of both their responsibility and therefore the power to control their own lives.

6) Learn the difference between what is and what you think should be.

If we are living in a netherland of what we think should be, we are completely cut off from reality or ‘what is’. If you think that you should not have to be experiencing divorce, then you cannot accept what is…that you are indeed getting divorced. You live in a world of your own.

We all create a list of should be’s that keep us stuck in the status quo: I should be happier, I should be getting more support, I shouldn’t have to work, and I should still be married. By concentrating on what we should be, we ignore what actually exists for us and remain stuck.

I think we should live in a world where peace is the predominant ethic but we don’t live in that world. That’s a dream I have. By acknowledging the world as it truly exists, I can make choices as to how I will live my life and also how to address the problems that do exist.

7) Consider the emotional wounds that you brought to the marriage.

Your ex may complain that you were not a warm person. I doubt that it was your marriage that created a cold person, if indeed that is what you are. We bring ourselves into our marriages and the parts of us that show up and create issues are the parts of us that we haven’t addressed yet. They are emotional wounds from somewhere in our past and they have a tendency to pop-up in our close relationships or when we are faced with challenging times.

Now is your chance to address those wounds and heal them so that you do not repeat your so-called mistakes again. Use your divorce as a catalyst to go inside and heal yourself.

8) Release toxic emotions.

Get rid of the debilitating toxic emotions that you are carrying around. Picture them as heavy baggage that keeps you stuck in your misery and produces a broken back. Anger, bitterness, hatred, resentment, rage…these are all toxic emotions that will harm you far more than your ex. You are the one who pays the price. You need to work through them and then release them because they will weigh you down for the rest of your life if you allow it.

Once you have done the work of truth versus interpretations and what is versus what should be, you will find it much easier to give up your anger and resentment. They do not serve you and you are learning to give away anything that does not serve you well.

9) Learn forgiveness for yourself and your mate.

You might not be able to practice forgiveness in the early stages of the journey to recovery but if you go through these other steps, you will be able to forigive your ex and more importantly, yourself. Forgiveness takes a big load off your shoulders. It releases energy that can be used for positive things.

Forgiveness does not necessarily mean you condone bad behavior, it simply means you forgive. If we separate the person from the behavior it becomes easier to forgive. You know that just because you sometimes say mean things it does not mean you are a bad person. Just a lapse in judgment. We are not necessarily our behavior. We know all the subconscious motivations that exist within every individual. If we look at the inner child within a person, forgiveness is a given.

10) Make conscious decisions; utilize free choice.

When you do the inner work of divorce recovery, you tend to attend to many things that have been left unresolved for years. You become more conscious of your actions and your choices. You become aware of the subconscious and how it can run your life. When you learn to observe the constant mind chatter that goes on inside your heads, you learn that the mind chatter is not us, its just chatter.

Making conscious decisions based in free choice means that we are not letting our mind chatter, our past, our emotional wounds or our interpretations of reality run the show. We take control of our lives. Conscious living allows for incredible freedom and the ability to create extraordinary changes.

And your bonus tip:

11) Find the gifts of your divorce.

Everything that occurs in our lives and everything that we are (warts and all) has a hidden gift. If you speak to someone who has survived divorce and has gone on to create a and vibrant life based upon their own passions and values, they will certainly tell you that their divorce was the best thing that happened to them. That may not be true for you but there is a gift waiting for you to find. My ex likes to say that he is responsible for my new career and to a certain extent he has played a part. Oftentimes it takes a good whack on the head to awaken us to life’s possibilities and our own happiness.

It’s the old adage: Every cloud has a silver lining. It is true. Search for the gifts of your divorce and it becomes yet another step toward a successful recovery from the trauma of divorce.

Successful divorce recovery takes inner work. Much like a flower, the work that has takes place underneath the surface of the ground, invisible to the human eye, is the crucial aspect. Without that subterranean work, there would be no flower. The reward of the flower is dependent upon the inner work of the seed and the root system. It is the same with humans. Do the inner work and you see the outer rewards.

RSS is an abbreviation that has evolved into the following, depending on their versions:

• RDF Site Summary (also known as RSS 0.9; the first version of RSS)
• Rich Site Summary (also known as RSS 0.91; a prototype)
• Really Simple Syndication (also known as RSS 2.0)

Today, RSS stands for 'Really Simple Syndication', and it has the following 7 existing formats or versions:

• 0.90
• 0.91
• 0.92
• 0.93
• 0.94
• 1.0
• 2.0

RSS tools refer to a group of file formats that are designed to share headlines and other web content (this may be a summary or simply 1 to 2 lines of the article), links to the full versions of the content (the full article or post), and even file attachments such as multimedia files. All of these data is delivered in the form of an XML file (XML stands for eXtensible Markup Language), which has the following common names:

• RSS feed
• Webfeed
• RSS stream
• RSS channel

They are typically shown on web pages as an orange rectangle that usually has the letters XML or RSS in it.

RSS feeds can be used to deliver any kind of information. Some of these 'feeds' include:

• Blogs feed - each blog entry is summarized as a feed item. This makes blog posts easier to scan, enabling 'visitors' to zoom in on their items of interest.

• Article feed - this alerts readers whenever there are new articles and web contents available.

• Forum feed - this allows users to receive forum posts and latest discussion topics.

• Schedule feed - this allows users (such as schools, clubs, and other organizations) to broadcast events and announce schedule changes or meeting agendas.

• Discounts or Special feed - this is used to enable users (such as retail and online stores) to 'deliver' latest specials and discounted offers.

• Ego or News Monitoring - this enables users to receive 'filtered' headlines or news that are based on a specific phrase or keyword.

• Industry-specific feed - used by technical professionals in order to market, promote, or communicate with current (and prospective) customers and clients within their specific industries.

RSS feeds enable people to track numerous blogs and news sources at the same time. To produce an RSS feed, all you need is the content or the article that you want to publicize and a validated RSS text file. Once your text file is registered at various aggregators (or 'news readers'), any external site can then capture and display your RSS feed, automatically updating them whenever you update your RSS file.

Momentum kebangkitan Film di Indonesia yang dibangkitkan oleh Pekerja Film Muda, sehingga setidaknya hingga sekarang ini FilM Indonesia mampu berkiprah sebagai Tuan Rumah perfileman di Negeri Sendiri, di satu sisi kebangkitan ini patus diapresiasi, namun setelah bangkit tentu harus menjalani perjalaNan panjang rutinitas yang tentu momentum kebangkitan tersebut bila tidak dipergunakan dan dipelihara terus akan menyusut dan kembali menyurut.

Bahwa yg menghidupkan perfileman Indonesia selain oleh para pekerja Film Muda, tidak kalah penting adalah penonton Film Indonesia tersebut yang rata rata orang muda,penontonlah yang menghidupkan urat nadi perfileman Inonesia, karena sebagus apapun film kalau tidak ada yang nonton bukanlah film yang bagus, ibarat berliaN kalau masih di dalam lumpur sungai ya tidak terlihat berliannya yg bernilai tinggi.

1. Jangan Latah
- Para pembuat film cenderung latah dalam membuat film, bila tema cinta sukses,ramai ramai buat film cinta begitupun dengan film film tema agama islam, dan juga film tema hantu hantuan, untuk yg satu ini jumlahnya jauh lebih banyak, apa para pembuat film lupa dulu sebelum perfileman indonesia rontok bukanlah film tema tema hantu yang banyak dibuat.

2. kreatifitas dan variasi tema
- bahwa tentunya film Indonesia harus lebih meningkatkan kreatifitasnya dengan variasi tema tema film yang dibuat.

3. Ini FILM atau Sinetron.
meski sebenarnya film dan sinetron (film tv) seharusnya dalam proses keseriusan sebagai produk karya seni harusnya juga tidak ada beda, namun karena Film diputar di bioskop yg notabene harus bayar untuk menontonnya, sedangkan Film TV tidak, maka Film bagaimanapun harus punya nilai lebih dalam segala dibandingkan Film TV, maka penggarapannya pemilihan pemainnya, karakternya, akting pemainnya, dll harusnya lebih bernilai seni yang tinggi, dan lebih detail,tidak asal asalan seperti film TV.

4. Para Pekerja Seni Film perlu untuk mengusulkan kepada pemerintah diberi lokasi lahan untuk perfileman, pemerintah perlu menyediakan lahan seluas kurang lebih 200 ha untuk digunakan sebagai pusat perfileman Indonesia, dilokasi itu dibuat setiing seting untuk filem dengan beragam masa waktu, beragam lokasi hutan,gedung gedng, perumahan-pwerumahan, tempat-tempat pengembangkat sebala pernik penik pendukung pembuatan film. misalnya dengan pemeliharaan hewan hewan dan binatang binatang lokasi pendukung untuk pakaian pakaina pemain,dan kelengkapan yang lain yg di buatkan sentralisasi disitu secara profesional.

5.selain Itu jika perlu dibuat lokasi perumahan khusus untuk para pekerja film(sutradara,artis artis film dll) di dekat lokasi pusat pembuatan perfileman indonesia tersebut yg nantinya bisa dibuat tempat wisata, dan akan menjadi komplek perumahan yg mewah dan bisa bernilai tinggi karena dengan berganti generasi maka rumah tersebut akan bisa beralih /dijual ke artis pendatang baru sehingga ada kesejarahan dalam rumah tersebut.

Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) ketangkap basah oleh KPK diduga terkait kasus korupsi/penyuapan , hari ini jadi pemberitaan hangat dan jadi sorotan di editorial beberapa koran, kejadiannya belum lama sejak parpol berikrar untuk anti korupsi, kejadian ini tentu secara umum berimbas image jelek yg sudah disandang DPR bertambah tambah, dan yang paling tertohok tentu partai PAN tempat anggota DPR tersebut berasal.

Apa yg perlu dicermati dari kejadian ini ?, banyak , antara lain:

1. Bahwa Rakyat harus lebih cermat dalam memilih wakilnya yang bersih, jujur, dan capable.
2. Bahwa media seharusnya lebih banyak meng informasikan tentang latarbelakang dan track record para caleg sehingga rakyat kebih punya pertimbangan dalm melakukan pemilihan, tidak hanya terkelabui oleh janjin janji dan jargon kapannye serta iklan politik para calon legeslatif.
3. Bahwa Korupsi itu sudah jadi penyakit akut bangsa ini, apa yang dilakukan KPK tidak lebih hanya obat penghilang rasa sakit sesaat yang tidak akan menyembuhkan, karena KPK tidak berani melakukan tindakan yg komprehensif dan action yang serius, dalam arti tindakan dan langkah KPK dalam pemberantasan korupsi hanya sebatas make up action, membuat polesan polesan agar terlihat dan terkesan serius dan bagus dalam penindakan Korupsi , karena kalau KPK serius tentu banyak lagi yg diproses oleh KPK dalam tindakan pemberantasan Korupsi ini.
4. Bahwa dibanding jumlah anggota DPR yg ada maka jumlah yg diproses KPK jumlahnya sangat sedikit, asumsinya apakah yang lain baik dan bebas korupsi? semoga saja begitu namun sebagaimana pengakuan Anggota DPR agus condro (yg sekarang sudah tidak menjabat) dan dari dugaaan dugaan yang terimage di media selama ini maka seharusnya lebih banyak lagi yg diproses.
5. Bahwa KPK seperti terkesan hanya melakukan Polesan terlihat dari beberapa departemen atau instansi hanya beberapa yg dijadikan "korban pilihan " yg jadi sasaran penindakan, sebagaimana di Kejaksaan Agung setelah Jaksa Urip ditangkap dan heboh, berhenti sampai disitu saja, dan terhadap pejabat pejabat di Departemen departemen lain juga begitu kecuali untuk Kepolisian hingga sekarang ini belum ada yg tersentuh oleh penindakan KPK, semoga saja jajaran kepolisian memang benar benar tidak ada yang korupsi, tapi kenapa di jalan jalan masih ada sering terlihat polisi yg tega makan uang sopir-sopir dengan memanfaatkan kesalahan yg sengaja atau tidak sengaja dilakukan sopir/pengendara kendaraan bermotor.

REFORMASI KEJAKSAAN AGUNG

KEJAKSAAN AGUNG PERLU DIREFORMASI

Pengangkatan Jaksa Kemas Yahya sebagai staf ahli anti korupsi yang kemudian dibatalkan kembali oleh Jaksa Agung adalah indikasi bahwa budaya dan perilaku aparat di kejaksaan agung dan jajarannya memang tidak pernah berubah dari dulu hingga sekarang.

Jelas jelas Kemas Yahya terimbas kasus Jaksa Urip Trigunawan yg tertangkap basah KPK sewaktu menerima suap dari Artalita S, yg mana penyuapan tersebut diduga terkait dengan kasus Samsu Nursalim, dan kejadian itu belum lama , mungkin dikira masyarakat Indonesia itu pengidap amnesia akut kali yang dikira kejadian hari ini besok sudah lupa semua.

Kejaksaan Agung berdalih pengangkatan tersebut karena Jaksa Kemas Yahya belum terbukti melakukan tindak pidana, dan masyarakat diminta menghargai asas praduga tak bersalah, kalau masyarakat diminta menghargai asas praduga tak bersalah seharusnya Kemas yahya tidak dicopot dari jabatannya dong, dan sekarangpun seharusnya Jaksa Agung berani mempertahankan putusannya mengangkat Kemas Yahya nyatanya tidak kan ??, setelah diprotes masyarakat dan DPR akhirnya dibatalkan juga ,faktanya kan demikian.

Kejadian ini sebenarnya membuktikan kalau Kejaksaan Agung dari dulu sampai sekarang ya sama saja, padahal kejadian tertangkapnya Jaksa Urip Tri Gunawan dan kasus-kasus yang melibatkan oknum kejaksaan yg lain, seharusnya menjadikan alat refleksi dan memperbaiki perilaku dan kinerja kejaksaan, dan seharusnya dengan kehadiran Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menjadikan outokritik bagi Kejaksaan Agung akan kinerjanya dalam pemberantasan korupsi, yang seharusnya Kejaksaan Agung dan jajaran nya menjadi garda terdepan dalam penindakan tindak pidana korupsi di negeri ini bersama sama dengan KPK dan aparat kepolisian.

Menurut saya ada beberapa hal krusial yg perlu dilakukan untuk Kejaksaan Agung :

1. Presiden harus berani mereformat aparat Kejaksaan Agung dan jajarannya dengan mempensiunkan dini para jaksa di Kejaksaan Agung dan aparat Kejaksaan yang berusia diatas 30 tahun.

2. lakukan secrenisasi jaksa jaksa , pilih yg terbaik karakter,kepribadian ,moral dan kinerjanya untuk tetap dipertahankan sebagai jaksa.

3. Angkat jaksa jaksa baru yang memenuhi kriteria karakter,kepribadian,moral dan kinerja yang baik.

4. Lakukan pengawasan ketat pada Seluruh aparat kejasaan, termasuk harta -harta yang dimiliki harus ada pelaporan tiap 3 bulan sekali dan dilakukan pengawasan langsung dan tidak langsung.

5. Pengawasan terhadap kinerjanya setiap 6 bulan sekali, bila terindikasi tidak capable, atau atau indikasi penyelewengan hentikan, dan ganti yang baru.

6. Buat system kerja dan ciptakan budaya kerja yang baru, salah satunya adalah untuk penahanan tersangka tidak boleh ditangani oleh Kejaksaan atau Kepolisian sebagai aparat penyidik dan penuntut umum, tapi tahann ditempatkan di Penjara /Lembaga Pemasyarakatan, mereka berhak melakukan penahanan namun harus ditenpatkan di Tempat Tahanan khusus yg tidak dilingkungan kepolisian maupun kejaksaan namun di penjara /lembaga pemasyarakatan atau sebenarnya di Tempat Tahanan khusus yg diurus oleh aparat khusus dari Departemen Hukum dan HAM, sehingga pemeriksaan terhadapt tersangka lebih tranparan dan mengurangi interaksi langsung antara tersangka dengan penyidik maupun aparat penuntut umum.

7. sementara itu dulu masih ada yang lain ( mau makan dulu ),......

KEKERASAN PELAJAR & MAHASISWA

Akhir-akhir ini tayangan TV dan juga pemberitaan koran gencar memberitakan terjadinya kekerasan di lingkungan sekolah baik yang dilakukan guru terhadap muridnya maupun antara siswa atau mahasiswa, dan yang lebih tragis lagi banyak kejadian kekerasan berupa perkelahian,pengeroyokan, tawuran dilakukan oleh pelajar putri, fenomena ini tidak hanya terjadi di perkotaan saja tapi juga terjadi di beberapa daerah.

Fenomena apa ini? dan salah siapa ? salah gurunya? salah sekolahnya?salah system pendidikannya? salah kepala sekolahnya? salah kurikulumnya? salah pemberitaan media?salah TV ? salah orang tuanya? dan salah...salah siapa lagi? banyak ...banyak lagi bila kita akan menyalahkan atau mencari kambing hitam penyebab kekerasan ini semua bisa jadi akan banyak yang akan kita salahkan.

Mungkin akan lebih baik dan bijak kita tidak mencari siapa yang salah namun mencari solusi agar ini tidak akan terjadi kembali, atau setidaknya mengurangi

PERS SAMPAH EKSES REFORMASI

Diantara sekian kegagalan reformasi kebebasan pers merupakan sedikit keberhasilan adanya reformasi di negeri ini, pemberangusan pers dan media dan pembatasan dan juga penyeragaman isi pers dan media yang ada di era orde baru memang telah berlalu, namun buah kebebasan ini menjadikan pers indonesia bebas tanpa batas, mendirikan penerbitan pers, dan menjadi pelaku penerbitan pers menjadi begitu mudahnya, dan dampaknya dapat dilihat dengan menjamurnya media pers baik yg berbentuk cetak maupun elektronik.

Kebebasan pers memang diperlukan dalam arti bahwa pers harus memberitakan fakta kebenaran yang sebenarnya secara berimbang dan adil, sehingga fakta kejadian yang sebenarnya itu yang diungkapkan, dan diketahui masyarakat, bukan rekayasa ataupun opini atau malahan cenderung kearah fitnah belaka.

Namun karena kebebasan pers di Indonesia cenderung bebas tak berbatas dan nampak liberal, ditambah lagi pers sebagian menjadi alat industri dan alat politik ,maka akan sulit sekali mengharapkan adanya pemberitaan yang independen dari pers tersebut, implikasi dari kondisi seperti ini adalah banyak bermunculannya "pers-pers sampah" yang berserakan di seantero muka bumi perwajahan pers indonesia sekarang ini,

Memang jumlah "pers sampah" ini dibandingkan sewaktu awal awal reformasi dulu dengan sekarang relatif menurun, mungkin juga karena jualan berita politik akhir akhir ini memang kurang laku untuk dijual, akibat keadaan yang serba bebas ini menjadikan semua mudah untuk dimuntahkan dan suatu pemberitaan yang dulu eksklusif sekarang menjadi biasa biasa saja bahkan masyarakat cenderung imun mendengar berita berita politik yg begitu-begitu saja.

Dan ciri-ciri dari pers-pers sampah ini adalah:

1. pers sampah hanya mengemukakan fiksi dan opini tanpa ada fakta fakta yang diungkap.
2. pers sampah cenderung menjadi alat fitnah, menjual kesadisan dan kekerasan.
3. pers sampah cenderung mengobrak abrik ranah pribadi tanpan memperduliak hak asasi manusia.
4. pers sampah cenderung menghakimi seseorang yg belum tentu bersalah (trial by the press).
5. pers sampah cenderung menjadi alat pemeras dengan modus pengancaman.
6. pers sampah cenderung jadi alat politik dengan penonjolan kelompok dan tokoh tokoh tertentu, dan menjadi alat penyerang tokoh atau kelompok lain yang dianggap lawan politiknya.
7. pers sampah hidupnya seumur jamur, pagi mekar sore layu, karena begitu tujuannya tercapai atau karena sudah tidak ada suntikan dana lagi.

Meski tidak sepakat dengan pembatasan pers kembali sebagaimana jaman orde baru, menurut saya pers indonesia perlu ditata ulang dan jika perlu undang undang pers direvisi kembali, terutama rambu rambu dalam pemberitaan, dan pengaturan akibat pemberitaan tersebut bila ada pihak pihak yg dirugikan dengan pemberitaan pers tersebut.
memang ada hak jawab , cover both side, dan semacamnya tapi menurut saya kurang cukup.
kalau tidak mau diatur atur oleh pemerintah maka masyarakat pers sendiri yang membuat aturan aturan pembatasan yang dibuat dengan mendengarkan masukan masukan dari lembaga lembaga pemerintah dan swasta serta kelompok masyarakat yg menjadi obyek pemberitaan.

KEBAHAGIAAN

Setiap orang tentu berharap hidup bahagia, entah orang jahat atau orang baik, penjahat atau orang suci sekalipun dengan segala cara dan pilihan hidupnya berharap mendapatkan kebahagiaan, tapi kenyataannya seringkali justru yang ditemui berbeda, sepertinya kebahagiaan tidak pernah mau menyentuh dan bersama mereka kendati sudah dicari sekian lama, kompensasinya keran tidak menemukan kebahagiaan maka orang sering mencari kebahagiaan semu dengan menciptakan dan mencari kegembiraan kegembiraan yg hanya bisa mencipta ketawa dimulut tapi tidak di dalam hati.

ada yang menerjemahkan kebahagiaan dengan mempunyai uang banyak dan menjadi orang kaya raya? benarkah?
atau benarkah kebahagiaan identik dengan mepunyai istri yang cantik atau suami yg tampan? benarkah?

Banyaknya partai yang berlomba pada pemilu 2009 membuat beberapa orang menjadi figur politisi "dadakan", sosok sosok dari antah berantah yang tidak ketahuan sebelumnya rimbanya dari mana maupun kiprahnya dalam urusan perpolitikan sebelumnya bagaimana, tiba tiba ramai-ramai daftar calon anggota legeslatif, mungkin juga keinginan jadi calon legeslatif karena keinginannya atau karena tawaran / desakan pengurus partai-partai, yang membutuhkan figur/orang dan dana guna membiayai kampanyenya.

Dan dengan keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi membuat sebagian calon anggota legeslatif tersebut menjadi bersemangat besar, karena ajang persaingan dan peluang menjadi merata, tidak hanya persaingan antar partai tapi juga persaingan antara calon legeslatif di partainya sendiri maupun dengan partai lain.

Persaingan sengit antara calon legeslatif ini yang kemudian menjadikan jalanan dan ruang ruang publik sebagai etalase pameran foto dan pameran spanduk .

orang orang tersebut memajang fotonya besar-besar disertai aneka rupa janji janji , meskipun janji tersebut belum tentu dipenuhi dan dilaksanakan setelah mereka terpilih menjadi calon legeslatif,

Bahwa isi janji-janji kampanye tersebut isi kampanye tersebut hampir sama semua, bahkan nyaris seragam.karena semua itu hanya retorika bualan politik semata.

Satu hal yang menarik hampir semua poster caleg tersebut menampilkan pula latar belakang pendampingan tokoh yg dianggapnya lebih dikenal, entah foto bapaknya, foto ibunya, foto ketua partainya, foto kakeknya, dll, pertanyaan mau jadi pimpinan dan wakil rakyat kok nggak percaya diri sih? kalau memang merasa mampu tunjukkan kwalitas diri yg sebenarnya dong, kalau memang kwalitas tsb belum dikenal, bukankah dengan kampanye ini kesempatan memperkenalkan diri bukan dengan jual tampang lewat poster - poster baliho dan spanduk tapi datangi rakyat, dengar dan serap aspirasinya, dan buatlah mereka tertarik memilih anda, karena tatap muka dan komunikasi langsung dengan pemilih jauh lebih efektif untuk dikenal dibanding dengan spanduk baliho dan poster yang bertebaran dan merusak pemandangan kota.

Kehidupan di dunia ini sarat dengan beranega keragaman perbedaan, serte heterogenitas dalam berbagai aspek itu faktanya, Tentu Tuhan bermaksud baik dengan membuat segala perbedaan perbedaan tersebut.Perbedaan ini begitu kompleks dan dalam segala aspek, mulai dari gender ,ras ,agama,budaya,bahasa,status sosial dll.

Tapi dalam realitas kehidupan sehari hari kita sering jumpai dan melihat mengapa manusia justru sering menerjemahkan perbedaan tersebut dengan sikap kebencian dan permusuhan yang berujung pada tindakan tindakan konflik,permusuhan dan upaya pemberangusan dan pembinasaan.

Bukankah perbedaan itu justru yang menjadikan tatanan sytem kehidupan di dunia ini menjadi tertata runtut padu dan indah? karena masing masing adalah usur yang berarti dalam tatanan kehidupan ini yang semuanya sangat berarti pada posisisnya masing masing sebagai bagian parsial dari integralitas keseluruhan holistik tata kehidupan dunia ini.

Maka mengapa harus memusuhi sesama yg berbeda dg diri kita?kelompok kita?suku kita?organisasi kita? keyakinan kita?.............

ROH KEKUASAAN

Kekuasaan memang menggiurkan, maka dari sejarah masa lalu hingga kini dan mendatang, kehidupan ini tidak akan lepas dari proses pencapaian kekuasaan, berbagai cara dan upaya dilakukan untuk sebuah kekuasaan yang diidamkan.

Dan bagitu kekuasan bisa diperoleh dan digenggam maka orang seringkali dihinggapi penyakit psikis kronis bawaan yakni ego dan arogansi yang diperparah dengan perilaku perilaku sewenang wenang, korup, manipulatif, penindas, dan sifat jahat lainnya.
Orang sering memaknai kekuasaan sebagai kesempatan, aji mumpung berkuasa, bukan memaknainya sebagai anugerah atau cobaan yang diberikan oleh SANG MAHA KUASA.

Orang yang sedang berkuasa sering tidak sadar dan terbutakan atau membutakan diri dalam memaknai hakekat darimana kekuasaan tersebutb diperoleh dan berasal , apa kah benar dari hasil upaya dan rekayasanya? atau dari manuver manuver yang dilakukannya? atau dari hasil politik uang yang dilakukannya?

Apapun upaya dan rekayasa dan daya usaha sekeras apapun sehebat apapun tetap tidak akan dapat diperoleh jika ROH KEKUASAAN tidak dipinjamkan Oleh SANG MAHA KUASA kepadanya.

Pada kenyataannya KEKUASAAN ITU ABADI, tapi orang yg mememgang kekuasaan(dipinjami) memegang kekuasaan tersebut dalam batasan batasan rentang waktu yg terukur, bisa cepat bisa lama, yang pasti akan ada masa berakhirnya entah karena kematian,dikudeta, kalah dalam pemilihan dan tidak dicalonkan lagi, atau karena fisik yg sudah tidak memungkinkan, dll.
yang pasti ROH KEKUASAAN bisa setiap saat meloncat menghinggapi orang lain , sekeras apapun orang tetap ingin memegangi kekuasaan namun bila ROH KEKUASAAN ingin pergi dan berpindah maka tak akan mungkin dihalangi.

Menyadari hal itu maka bila memegang kekuasaan gunakan kekuasaan itu untuk hal kebaikan bagi orang lain.
